이노커브AI 대표이사 정민기입니다.
INNOCURVE는 Innovation과 Curve의 결합에서 시작된 이름입니다.
기술과 산업은 끊임없이 변화하고, 그 변화는 하나의 새로운 곡선을 만들어갑니다.
저희는 변화의 속도를 단순히 따라가는 데 그치지 않고, 혁신의 곡선을 읽고 그 흐름 위에서 새로운 기회를 발견하며 사람과 조직이 함께 앞으로 나아가야 한다고 생각합니다.
AI는 지금 그 어느 기술보다 빠른 변화의 곡선을 그리고 있습니다.
하지만 저희는 AI가 개발자나 일부 전문가, 특정 조직만의 전유물이 되어서는 안 된다고 생각합니다.
누구나 AI를 이해하고 활용하며, 자신의 업무와 현장에서 직접 적용할 수 있어야 합니다.
기술에 대한 전문적인 지식이 없더라도 AI를 활용해 자신의 업무를 개선하고, 필요한 서비스를 직접 만들어보고, 새로운 방식으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 시대가 이미 시작되고 있습니다.

Hello.
I am the CEO of Innocurve AI.
The name INNOCURVE began as a combination of Innovation and Curve.
Technology and industry never stop changing, and every change draws a new curve.
We believe it is not enough to simply keep pace with change. We read the curve of innovation, find new opportunities along its flow, and move forward together with people and organizations.
AI is now drawing a steeper curve of change than any technology before it.
Yet we believe AI must never become the exclusive domain of developers, a handful of experts, or a few select organizations.
Everyone should be able to understand AI, use it, and apply it directly in their own work and workplace.
An era has already begun in which people without deep technical knowledge can use AI to improve their work, build the services they need themselves, and solve problems in new ways.
Through AI training and AX projects across government, public institutions and companies, Innocurve AI has learned that an organization’s AI transformation is never complete with the adoption of a single new solution.
When one member of an organization understands AI,
applies it to their own work,
and that small change spreads to their team and the whole organization,
that is when sustainable AX truly begins.
That is why Innocurve AI does not stop at training.
From the fundamentals of AI and the latest AI trends to advanced vibe coding, we build the capability for people to use AI in their actual work.
We then look closely at the organization’s work and environment together to uncover AI initiatives, design the AX governance and task force, and, where needed, join the work on site so that real services and systems get built.
Creating change in people through training,
